- Does GuardRail replace my legal counsel?
- No. GuardRail produces draft documentation, evidence checklists, and gap analyses to make audit conversations faster. Final legal review remains with your privacy officer or external counsel.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Customer data and scan documents are stored in Supabase's Sydney region. We do not transfer customer data outside Australia for storage.
- How long do you retain uploaded scan documents?
- On the Free and Professional plans, scan documents are retained for the lifetime of your account so you can revisit findings. Enterprise customers can request a shorter retention window. Customers can request deletion of any uploaded document at any time.
- Is self-serve checkout always available?
- Stripe-backed self-serve checkout is enabled when our production billing configuration is live. When it is not, GuardRail uses assisted onboarding and the CTA on this page routes to our contact form so we can confirm pricing in writing before you commit.
- Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement?
- Yes. A standard DPA is available on request for Professional and Enterprise customers. Contact us via the link below.
